How is our support?
We wanted to know how well our support department was responding to calls and how well they were being dealt with. So, we carried out a survey of 634 calls over a 25-day period. If our support lines are busy, you can simply leave a message and we will call you back, so we wanted to know how often that was happening, how long it took us to get back to the customer and how quickly calls were resolved. Here are the results.
