Stocktaking

We have developed tablet software that can record stock levels quickly and conveniently on a tablet device and then upload the quantities directly in to your accounting software.  This has major advantages both in terms of speed and accuracy.  Simply select a product using the search function or a barcode scanner, enter the physical quantity and then move on to the next one.

Once the stocktaking is complete, you just upload the data to your accounting software and all of the necessary stock adjustments are then made automatically and can be viewed in the stock transaction report.  Job done.

 

Keep trading while you do your stocktaking

We know how much of a disruption stock taking can be, especially if you have to do everything in one go and have to stop trading while you are doing it.  Our tablet software lets you do your stock take in batches and it doesn’t matter if you do items more than once because the system just makes the necessary adjustments.  Fit your stock take around your day-today activities and continue trading while you are doing it!

 

Stock takes using a spreadsheet

We have another option if you don’t want to use the tablet system. This involves exporting all your stock to a spreadsheet, entering the updated quantity and then re-importing the spreadsheet.  It’s a bit less high-tech and still relies on you recording your stock quantities by hand, but it will still do all your stock adjustments automatically when you re-import the spreadsheet.
