Virtual On-site Support

In order for us to resolve software issues we may need to connect to your computer remotely.  If this is the case, please press the ‘Download VOS’ button above to enable this function.

This will download a small BenchmarkSupport.exe file to your computer – don’t panic, this is quite normal. Once ran this will allows us to log-on to your PC or laptop from our office.
